I was first accredited by NASM as a personal trainer in 2018. By this time, fitness had become my passion. I was fueled by the life lessons that came along with the lifestyle fitness allowed.

Flashback to my time growing up, struggling with body image issues, anxiety, and depression. Finding the gym saved my life and changed the way I looked at the world. I had to teach myself to push past my limits and to go “one more rep” in the gym, even when my mind was telling me no.

A flip switched when I realized I could take this knowledge and apply it to my everyday life. Getting my CPT wasn’t enough, I wanted to be able take individuals with years of inactivity and imbalances and empower them. I pursued my corrective exercise specialist certification (CES) through NASM in 2019. Attaining this certification had solidified in my mind that I wanted to share my passion with as many people as possible

In 2020, I attended DePaul University’s MBA program in entrepreneurship to set myself up for success and not only be able to bring fitness to my company, but the business acumen to match. Concurrently, I was getting my Precision Nutrition certification to be able to appropriately guide clients of any level on the quality nutrition needs to match their training programs.

In 2022, the final step was to chase my love of all things sports. I acquired my Certified Strength & Conditioning certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. This certification allowed me the knowledge to guide athletes at a multitude of levels from a biomechanical approach to a nutrition approach.

All of my knowledge and experiences are put together to deliver a unique and individualized training approach that allows individuals to develop the mindset “one more rep, one more day” !

Don’t think about what can happen in a month. Don’t think about what can happen in a year. Just focus on the 24 hours in front of you and do what you can to get closer to where you want to be.

What are our Values?

  • Motivation is wonderful, but it will eb and flow. Consistency drives you on the days you least feel like doing what you need to do. Consistency doesn’t mean perfection, it means putting in value aligned effort towards your goals. Consistency is where success lives.

  • We are a TEAM, your success is my success. In order to be successful and reach your goals it is crucial to be as open and honest as possible. This is a judgement free zone and open communication allows me to tweak anything necessary to help you suceed.

  • Anybody can follow a routine blindly, what will set YOU apart is knowing WHY I program the way I do for each individual and how each step of the way will guide you towards meeting your goals

  • YOUR WHY! This is one of the most important aspects of your journey, it is necessary to dig down and find out what achieving your goal will truly mean to you. If you come into the process with your ‘why’, you can become an unstoppable force towards your goal.
